Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering for ISFAROCON.

Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and verification.
• Registration fees are per the categories listed on the Register Now page and are subject to change until payment is completed.
• Delegates must carry a valid photo ID and registration confirmation at the venue.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to isfarocon@gmail.com.
• Refund eligibility and any applicable processing charges will be communicated by the organising committee on a case-by-case basis.

Programme Changes

The organising committee reserves the right to make changes to the scientific programme, faculty, venue, or schedule where necessitated by circumstances beyond its control, and will communicate such changes as early as possible.

Liability

ISFARO and the organising committee are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the conference, or for any travel, visa, or accommodation arrangements made independently by delegates.
