VISA Information

International delegates travelling to India for ISFAROCON 2022 will need a valid visa. Here is general guidance — please confirm current requirements with the nearest Indian embassy/consulate or via the official Indian e-Visa portal.

e-Conference / e-Tourist Visa

• Most delegates attending a conference in India can apply for an e-Visa (Conference or Tourist category) online, typically processed within a few business days.
• Apply well in advance of your travel dates — at least 3–4 weeks is recommended.

Invitation Letter

If you require an official invitation letter from ISFARO to support your visa application, please write to isfarocon@gmail.com with your full name (as per passport), passport number, nationality, and travel dates.

Documents Typically Required

• Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity)
• Passport-size photograph
• Proof of registration for ISFAROCON 2022
• Return flight itinerary and accommodation details
